Do you find yourself wanting to help others but don’t know where to start? Do you want to donate to worthy causes but feel like what you can give may not be “enough” to make a difference? If so, allow us to introduce ourselves.
We are 100 People Project. A South Florida based non-profit organization with a focus on single parents, under privileged children and the homeless. We believe in strength in numbers and know that with the help of our community, we can make GREAT things happen for deserving people.
- In our journey to changing the world we have been able to provide groceries, day care, Christmas presents, summer camp and pay bills for many single parents throughout America.
- We have also been able to host two annual Back to School events for parents and teachers to get FREE school supplies for their upcoming school year.
- We’ve been able to provide meals, blessing bags, hair cuts and clothing to the local homeless community in south Florida.
- We’ve also worked with Title 1 schools to wipe out lunch debt, provide Christmas gifts for children in the Big Brother Big Sister program and create a Kindness garden for the children to read in.
With all this accomplished, we are only getting started
In 2020 we aim to help 500 students and teachers at our third annual Back to School event (doubling last years success), clear out lunch debt for two or more elementary schools in Broward County, continue our local homeless efforts and increase the amount of single parents helped.
If you’d like to be a part of this movement the best way to do so would be to make a monetary donation to our GoFundMe page so that we have the resources available to continue making differences in people’s lives. We also post volunteer opportunities on this website, and our Facebook and Instagram page so be sure to follow us if you’d like to be hands on!
Check out our GoFundMe page by clicking on the “Donate” button on top of this page. It would mean the world to us and the people we can help if you could spread the word about our non-profit organization and if you’re able, donate.
Pay it forward, always ❤️
